Bikechallenge Polen 2008

Ik wil graag de Bikechallenge 2008 in Pölen rijden maar vind op dit moment weinig of geen info. Dit jaar zijn daar een groot aantal belgen gestart mss hebben die meer info ?

Staat die datum voor 2008 zeker vast ? Want zo kan ik mijn verlof vastleggen.

Ik had de info gevonden dat de wedstrijd van 20 tot 26 juli zou doorgaan maar ik kan natuurlijk ook fout zijn ..

Ik weet niet waar jij die info haalde, maar de data die ik aangaf heb ik een maand geleden doorgemaild gekregen van Gregosz, de organisator.
Het zou kunnen dat dit ondertussen veranderde, maar dat weet ik niet.

Vorig jaar waren btw rond deze tijd de inschrijvingen al geopend, dus ze zijn wat aan de late kant dit jaar.

ik heb de organisatie gemaild in september en toen zouden ze in oktober de info de wereld insturen. Tot op heden niets gehoord ... ik nogmaals proberen te mailen maar de mails werken niet meer van de organisatie. Dan zal het mss toch maar weer een jaartje transalp worden !

Ik denk dat je gewoon nog even geduld moet hebben.

Trouwens, hoewel ik de TAC nog niet reed denk ik niet dat deze met de BC te vergelijken is.
BC is veel kleinschaliger wat toch wel zijn charmes heeft ... en vooral zijn vriendelijke kostprijs.

Hey mannen, ik zou dat avontuur ook wel eens willen mee maken.
Dus alle in is welkom . Ik volg het hier op, en moest er gezamelijk iets in elkaar kunnen gestoken worden... graag.

In 2008 ook voor individuele rijders:

Dear Riders,
The fourth edition of Mountain Bike Challenge 2008 will be held in 234 days.
We started the enrolment a few days ago and we updated our internet service which will be filled up with the most essential pieces of information for you. The race is enlarged by a new stage each year. It will also happen in 2008. A prologue and seven stages, almost 500 km long, and 14000m of the alttitude differences- it is the challenge for the toughest and the most ambitious bikers. The hard uphills, technical single tracks, beautiful lanscapes, which are known from the previous editions, will be enriched by new trails in the marvelous Table Mountains National Park. It can be your first time to experience riding in the mysterious underground gold mine's tunnels.

And something new - the individual riders will be allowed to take part in the race.

For the next edition of MTB Challenge 2008 following additional rules will be provided:
There will be two main categories:
- team competition (as so far)
- solo
Each rider (or team) has to decide prior to the competition which one category will be opted.
Nevertheless, and thats the news for 2008:
As far as a team is forced to part (separate), she/he has the opportunity to continue the race as solo rider. In doing so, after the stage the rider announces the reason (crash, etc) to the race director and has to opt whether or not to carry on as solo. The time will be taken from to date accumulated one.
This options, that is having the opportunity to decide team or solo and even continue as solo after, for what ever reason, separating from team partner, is worldwide unique in terms of stage races. It will be undoubtedly easier for each participants to enter the race with the certainty, whatever occurs, those rider have all the time the possibility to bring the race to end and to have a regular time, meaning figuring on time table.
